Meet Army Veteran and Military Sexual Trauma (MST)Survivor
Rhonda Mack.
Rhonda is the Founder and Executive Director of Divas in Dog Tags and she is also a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She is the Program Director for the MST online workshop and WTF Saturdays.
Our goal is to stand in the gap of long wait times for mental health appointments. We provide a safe, structured virtual environment rooted in clinical self-care topics and activities.
The support group is FREE to women veterans who identify as MST survivors.

Meet Army Veteran Carmen Valenzuela.
Carmen is Divas in Dog Tags Director of Events and Activities.
She is committed to providing access to physically and mentally stimulating events that support the health and wellness of women veterans.
Carmen advocates on behalf of Divas in Dog Tags and women veterans with local community vendors who provide opportunites for relaxation, meditation, indoor and outdoor activities as well as group events including day trips and monthly meet-n-greets.
She is also the Program Director at Heroes Night Out.
Heroes Night Out was the first veterans service organization to host Divas in Dog Tags in 2017. They were the first to provide a place for us to hold our monthly Meet and Greet, prior to the pandemic.
Carmen and the wonderful staff of veterans and veteran family members provide access to local veterans events, resources and activities throughout the year!
Divas in Dog Tags is proud to partner with such an amazing Veterans Service Organization and the compassionate and supportive community sponsors and vendors who provide gifts and goodies, events and activities for families of active duty military, veterans and first responders.
At Divas in Dog Tags, our mission is to Improve the overall well-being of women veterans by providing resources that support mental health and wellness.
